1. Discuss the position and functions of the Chief

3. Explain the role of the State Finance
Commission. 20

4. Write short notes in about 250 words on each of
the following :
(a) Significance of administrative system
during Mughal period 10
(b) Planning system at the state level 10

5. Analyse the role of Lokayukta in addressing
citizens’ grievances pertaining to corruption,
nepotism and favouritism arising out of
maladministration. 20
6. Discuss the various forms of judicial control
over administration. 20
